In the summer of 2009 The Rush ran a radio ad pushing a $19 down and $19 month plan (in Greensboro, NC). My wife an I spoke to Lamar Mints (Battleground Avenue branch) who informed us that no such combination existed. He presented two plans (We have the Fitness Consultant Notes). We have had Cobalt for over two years now. We just fired them (as did our neighbors) and signed a contract w/Western Broadband who is local to the Austin area. Initially Cobalt provided acceptable service, however as time has gone on and additional users have been added we have experienced numerous outages, it's been months since we have not experienced an outage or had to reboot at least every two days. I purchased merchandise from the Kohls store for $200.04 and wanted to use my debit card to pay for. The system in the store was incorrect and only allowed a credit transaction even though my card is a debit card. Kohls does except Debit Cards. I had Lasik surgery at Dr. Michael Mazaheri. The doctor was talking to his assistants the whole time like I wasn't even there, and made me feel like he wasn't even paying attention to me. My results were not very good initially and after a month it all went bad. I went to David Kleiman after hearing advertising that was completely false. The advertising said a price that was at least half of what they wanted from me after going there for an exam. Las Palmas Auto Sales sold my son a car, that he had for 2 days and the engine blew up..They have had it for three+ weeks and then didn't want to honor the warrenty.. Customer service is a joke. I called them to try and resolve THEIR problem. The Idearc Bankruptcy was putting a hold on check payments so I was just trying to get the hold lifted off their account. Purchased a 2007 pioneer and have nothing but problems in it. Problems started right away the first time we put fresh water in it. The pipe under the sink detached at the joint. After further inspection the pex pipe fitting had never been crimped. Another time the pipe under the bathroom sink had the same problem. This cause damage to the cheap wood cabinets and flooring. I just plugged my Ipod into Itunes on a different laptop to what I originally have (My original laptop has a virus). When I plugged my Ipod into the laptop and started listening to music a pop up screen appeared and said that I needed to "update my ipod software" which I clicked "ok" and carried on. My experience with this attorney was absolutely horrible! He spent no time preparing for my case. He showed up to my hearing and asked me what the issue was 10 minutes prior to the hearing! He tried to take notes, but 10 minutes was not enough time to grasp what the problem was and as a result, he had no idea of how to proceed and I lost my case. I decided to rent my home out, and called Direct TV in 2009 to alert them I would no longer be requiring their services. Of all collection agencies, I'd advise anyone dealing with these people to not trust a single thing you are told. Yes, if a valid debt pay them when you can, but put no faith into any dealings with them. My own experience is a small debt of less than $400. My wife and I got married at this resort. We came back after recommending the resort to my wife's sister to have her wedding. The wedding was on the 11th of June and all was well until the following monday. There was no power on the resort from 9 am until 4 pm. I have had my account open with Bloom Cellular for a few months now and every month there seems to be a new charge that I have no idea what it is for. The first month I had trust Bloom would invoice me accurately and paid the bill. The second month I looked over the bill in detail and noticed I was charged roaming charges that I never made. If Bloom isn't pulling a scam they are certainly disorganized. Every month a correction is made to my account and I am credited the overcharge but it is annoying to have to correct the bill each month. After two years of having SYNLawn install their synthetic grass ($3153 for 465 sq feet), we are yanking this stuff out.
