I have a rowenta iron for less than a year. Model No.DZ2060 U1. The wire cover split and I got a short. It frightened me so that I threw out the iron and don't even know if I was covered under warranty. I am a senior citizen and have owned several irons for the last 60 years and have never experienced this type of short. I am very disappointed because I had heard many nice things about this iron. I visited the Zumba site on 08/10/2010 and ordered the Zumba combo cds. The price was 59.99 plus shipping and handling. I paid by credit cared 74.00 for this order and received it in about 9 days. On August 18th, Zumba billed my credit card again for 32.90. I have not ordered anything else from Zumba and want my money back. I did not give them permission to bill my card for any additional items. This is fraud and I want my money back. I found on my credit card statement that the amount that was charged was more than what we spent and I have the receipt to prove it. When I called and talked to the manager, she first asked me if I had my receipt. When I told her I had it in my hand, she then said I had put the extra money on the bill as a tip.
