Upon arrival we were given the wrong room. We had paid in advance (Godzilla Fest) for a corner room King bed with a sleeper sofa & a view of the airport, since I have two small boys who love airplanes. Took my mini van for a complete detail service before selling it- they put a hole in the driver side leather seat and refused to admit responsibility, pay for the damage or refund my money in full. The manager and owner both said the employee who cleaned the seats (and said she didnt do it) has worked there for 10 years- basically saying she wouldnt lie but that makes me a liar then- That hole was not there when I left the car w/them and ironically enough the vacuum hose nozzle they use for cleaning the seats fit perfectly in the hole on the seat- we even showed the owner and the manager. I purchased a car through Flagship Credit Co. They sold the account to Drive with out letting anyone know. After paying four years on a 2006 Taurus they said we where 6 months late and still owed over 13, 000. That is impossible. We were paying Flagship when we could. I ordered a 1GB 533 MHz (PC4200) memory module from ShopBySytem an authorized reseller for Gateway Computer. What I received was a 1 GB 667MHz (PC5300) memory module. The PC5300 would work in my computer but only if it was the only module in the macine. It would not work when combined with the two existing PC4200 modules which was of no value to me as I had wanted a totla of 3 GBs. Macy's is processing customer's payment a day or two after the due date, so they can charge late fees. although, macy's deducted the funds from customer's checking accounts several days prior. On viewing my computer last January A FLASH appeared on my screen telling me I had won a holiday worth 3000 dollars and to ring a number. With disbelief I rang the number and before I knew it they had my credit card details. I have been debited 650 Euros initially, and in March discovered that my account had been debited a further 700 Euros, to my dismay I receive my Credit Card Statement today 20th July 2010 and see that I am again debited another 700 Euro. I took my 99 Mazda 626 in for transmission repairs on 9/25/09 at which time the shop performed a total rebuild for $2000. For the past 6 months I have been getting calls from these people via "unknown numbers". The caller asks if I am getting my magazines, and I tell them I recieve none, and ordered none. Paid by credit card in the shop. they charged me twice. I had to phone 4 times before the owner said he'll find out and phone me back. Car dealers often get a bum rap as being a bit sleezy, but in this case it was true. First, I was sold a used car under false pretenses. ABS was an important option for me, and the dealership assured me the car had this feature. It did not, which I realized a few days after the purchase. I asked the dealership to unwind the deal and give me back by trade in. They would not. My only recourse was to trade this car in for another, which of course ended up costing me a lot more money. I ordered a building from Super Steel Buildings in March 2010, and was charged for changes and Engineering in the amount of $7, 401.49. When I had not heard from them by mid June I attempted to contact them only to find their telephones shut down. Since therer is no way to contact them It looks like fraud to me. I received my ad on Tuesday and they had great meat deals buy 1 get one so I decided to go to south Venice to buy my groceries which is 15 miles out of my way.
