My alarm system starting having false alarms on a regular basis. It would randomly go off in the middle of the night. I contacted Apex for service. A technical support person walked me through several tests on the keypad. He said everything was testing okay. They refuse to make repairs to rental properties and after renting from them for two years they tried to keep our security deposit for no reason other than they wanted it.
