I went to what was suppose to be the manufactures site to check on whether or not my drivers need to be updated. But when I do that I am transfered to some company that wants to sell me a program that will up date my drivers for me. The problem I have is the $18.95 that was taken out of my account for this service without my authorization. A quick summery: If one of their clients damages your car, the only way that I have found to get a fair settlement of a claim is to have your car repaired and get a cheap rental car while yours is being repaired. I had bought the APC home inverter BI800I with 2 years warranty on inverter and battery. However for last 2 months the battery was giving negligible backup and now the inverter had been shut down for last 15 days. the inverter fan is also making a lot of noise when running. I brought this to the notice of service engineer but he dusted the fan and the problem was not rectified. We unfortunately purchased and installed Vetter windows when building our home. The product was faulty resulting in thousands of dollars in water damage to the structure of our home. These Vetter windows are now owned by Windowshield of whom has the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. On the out of africa website it tells you that the admissions and ticketing area closes at 4pm. What it doesnt tell you is how rude and dismissive the staff AND management is at the admissions booth. I have a Kenmore Elite 3 door with the freezer on the bottom... model number 795.77542600. Another problem I had with this fridge is the vegetable drawers, as the small ball bearing wheels broke off just after the warranty expired. They still slide in and out, but they are resting on the plastic guides now so it is not so smooth and will probably wear out prematurely. I received a confirmation of payment after paying my bill on time. today (a week later) they contact me telling me that i entered an invalid account number and have now charged me a late fee, a payment dishonored fee, and an additional fee for paying again over the phone. I have a copy of the confirmation of payment showing that the last four digits i entered were correct but they're unable to tell me what the first three digits i entered were in order to verify that their claim is true. i find it hard to believe that i entered my account number incorrectly as it is only 7 digits long and i've had the same account number for 20 years. read full review »
