Bought this all in one printer that never has scanned, only copies and prints when it wants to, and as of recently will refuse to print/ copy in color. While REI shipped in a timely manner, for some unknown and irrational reason, they instructed UPS to only deliver it in person to me. I paid a large amount of money for my furbaby because they promised happy and healthy. One week after bringing home our new Lilly, she had a siezure.
