Don't listen to a thing they say about your Loan, Make sure it is writing. When you tell the finance arm of this cold and disconcerted builders to lock your rate make sure they DO IT! They bait and switched me after 2 months of delays on my hame that were entirely the builders fault and put me in a loan that was the highest rate of the week because they did not lock 2 months earlier when told to at 1.25% less. I place an order with skinwest a month ago. Over a little more than 3 weeks after the order was placed I received 2 of the 3 products ordered. Up to this day, I still have not received the third product. They are claiming now that it is in back order. I have made several atempts to contact the administrator/owner with no avail. The Nissan people negotiated with her and told her to call me to sign a paper for her. This mean chinese company in ZhenZhen China tricked my 30% downpayment - $4460 and only sent $2220 value of goods to me. They changed their rules without repecting to our contract and forced me to send whole money $12500 in order to get the rest orders. I had reserved and paid for a double room for 4 nights at Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Centrum-Zuidwest. Please note that I had a guaranteed reservation. The mounting of the eyelets for these must have been manufactured incorrectly. The part of each metal eyelet that faces inward towards the center tapers into a very narrow gap with sharp metal edges. This both prevents pulling the laces tighter, since they get pinched, and quickly wears out the laces due to the razor-sharp edges. My laces were stripped of the outer covers within a month. My wife has a pair of Nevados with a different type of eyelet that works fine, since the eyelet seems to be mounted the opposite way, with the wide and smooth part facing inward. read full review »

This company is a rip off. I bought a bowling ball from these people at $147.00 before I got the ball they show a price of $109.00 on their website. I called them back and basically got a "tough luck sucker" when asking for the lower price. Got some BS comment that the $109.00 price was a special and they had no knowledge about it. The price is now $139.00 today which is still cheaper than what I paid. They wouldn't even think of giving me anything off for good customer service. Target has raised the interest rate for ALL card holders to 24.9%...with no warning, no notice and for absolutely NO reason. I've never had a payment problem and have good credit, but mine got jacked up too. Then they started lowering credit lines to the amount of the balance keeping you above 50% of your credit line...this damages our credit scores trigering other card issuers to restrict our credit. reprentative misrepresented the fact that with an exchange of mobile phones within the thirty day window for exchange that it was not possible to have a month to month (not a two year contract) arrangement. the manager denies that I told his agent that I was only interested in obtaining new phones in exchange if and only if there was a month to month option. Representative will not take the phones back saying that I should have known that to receive new phones with an exchange must carry with it a two year contract. I called into American Finco to negotiate a decrease in my finance charges because I noticed that my balance had not went down for over a year of payments on time. I really wish I saw this complaint website last week. I heard the ad for the $1000 in groceries and thought it sounded interesting as I do market research sometimes. I paid a total of $23.60 for all the "fees" and was told I would get my gift card in 3-5 business days. Now I am totally slapping myself for falling for this.
