I have half of the decking around my cabin in Rhino deck. It does stain and needs cleaning every 6 months or so. In one area the ends of two board warped. But, I tried to purchase more for my back deck. So, you can see I'm not totally dissatisfied with the product. When I purchased the hardware to be a Ooma phone customer I was advised by Ooma, in writing and verbally, that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to port my phone number.This cost me $40.00. On February 2, 2010 I purchased a HP Pavilion A4316f bundle (included monitor). When I booted it up for the 2nd time, it took 55 minutes to boot. Thereafter it took an average of 20 minutes to boot. After 4 e-mail communications with their support and complying with their requests, I got the boot down to 18 minutes. I contacted Staples where I purchased the system and they told me to bring the tower (computer) in and they would swap it out. I did so and was very pleased with their attentiveness. After my initial purchase in Jan the computer did not boot up properly in which it took 30-40 minutes to boot up and then that was a maybe. After 5-6 hours of trouble shooting with a technicial located overseas they then decided for me to send it back for repairs. HP (Hewlett Packard) returned another new computer. I purchased an All-Glass 18" x 48" classic mission style aquarium stand from Big Al's in Edmonton. After I got it home and before it was set up, there was a minor spill of water on the hardwood floor. The left front leg was in the water and caused it to swell significantly; there was no damage to the hardwood flooring. Ikobo has a very complicated way to show their statements and it gets very bad when the debit card is used for small amounts, the best thing to do is go to an atm and get large amounts to spend the cash that you are receiving. We had gone over everything in detail with the sales person and was assured that everything we wanted was correct, even after asking some questions about some of the product codes we did not understand. Our first Cadet 3 toilet (product number 2403012) came with a leak that caused the tank to drain constantly into the bowl. American Standard shipped us a new flapper valve and a new flush valve; neither helped. Then they shipped an entirely new toilet which we had to install at our own expense - but it leaked even worse than the first one! We finally fixed it ourselves by applying sealant to the joint between the flush valve and the base of the tank.
