These people are slugs. They get you to purchase a toner cartridge for a low price. Then a few months later they call and tell you that it's time for you to accept the "balance" of your order -- which for me was 2 more toner cartridges. They said that that's how I got the low price by committing to a total of 3 cartridges. I could hear some type of loose debris (sounded like a pebble) rolling around in my sunroof as I was driving. I dropped my car off at the Infiniti of Chantilly dealership so they could diagnose the problem and remove the debris. I called this company to attempt to resolve my debt by making an arrangement. However, instead I received a very uncooperative attitude from the agent I spoke with. She never identified herself now that I think of it. She offered me ONE option only and even with that it was not feasible for me. Stamps.com have a free trial sign-up on their website, after which they automatically charge you 18 dollars a month. Stamps.com makes it VERY difficult to unsubscribe from their service. This is a scam. They want me to give up on the process so they can take my money. The company has no unsubscribe method online. Instead, they send you to one phone number, which reroutes you to another number, which takes you to "customer service". In October, 2009 we have ordered sofa sleeper and love seat. Store representative told us, items are in stock, will be in before thanksgiving. Around thanksgiving they told us that our furniture is going to be delivered at our house, but by mistake they brought regular sofa. Iam so disappointed in a line of products from "Pet Organics" They sell sprays for your furniture to deter cats from scratching your couches, chairs etc. "No Scratch" should be called "Do Scratch"! Don't use MI windows. If you have problem the life time warrenty isn't worth the paper its wrote on. My windows have condensation around seals and MI has never tried to do anything about problem.
