My loan was sold to Midland and ever since it has been extremely difficult to get them to reimburse me from my reserve account. According to my agreement they are supposed to reimburse me within 15 business days of my request. I purchased a 2006 ford fusion september of 2006, the car was great for 4 months and then the wiring harness went bad and had to be replaced, then with 51, 000 miles on the car the transmission went bad, the local dealer replaced that under warrenty, they had the car for almost 3 months doing that. Over a week and a half ago I contacted SEARS REPAIR to have a tech service our front load washer that was spraying water from the top. Frys credit has an unmanageable user interface on their website. I thought I had paid a bill in full as I usually due. I received a phone call two months later notifying me of delinquent payments. I did not receive a bill or an e-bill updating my account status. Between their preposterous interest rates and hefty late fees I paid almost two times the amount of my initial purchase. This company continues to raise prices. They will bill costomers without approval and once the raise is denied they refund the money to all the customers. This is not right, but however legal.
