I was fired for refusing a new pay scale/policy. My boss, Scott Stein, told me I had a choice to continue with the pay we agreed upon when I was hired or a new policy, where I would start with a higher pay, then be penalized for cancellations and have time/pay deducted. Not a good business to work with. Stay away at all cost. Don't expect to get your security deposit back. They'll illegally enter the apartment and begin to clean before you've even had your move out inspection. THis company advertises lifetime file downloads for $26.65 but after you have ordered and received your credit card info it turns out to be $105.95. When I asked why, I was informed that in their terms and conditions it spelled out that there were various other services that you were being charged for. I have been a Dish Customer for about 8 years. The first 6 were not bad, a couple of issues, but resolved to my satisifaction. The nightmares started 11-08 when my wife asked to the ability to record TV programs. I updated to a new receiver with record function, as well as upping service to include HD reception. I have invested in La Hoya Bay Residence, Al Marjan Island Project in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) in the UAE. RAKIA, the state controlled construction company is the master developer responsible to deliver the apartments to investors. So far, they are unable to settle legal issues with a private developer "Frank Khoie". Investors are held hostage here. RAKIA can't be trusted. Their leader Sheikh "Ass" can't be trusted either. I had moved into a nice little 1 1/2 bedroom apt. on january 1. I had gotten the power turned on through georgia power. I was seldom home 3-4 days a week with no heat on, 3lightbulbs in the apt. and everything else runs on gas.
