I saw the product listed in a Real Estate News letter.When I received the Product I found it to be flimsy and difficult to use so I returned it. I sent the company an email asking for return instructions and followed them. I spoke to James Jensen and was told He would check on the status and let me know. Horrible service, took hour and a half to get service. The place was not even packed, there was only 4 tables seated out of about 20 and we asked 4 different waiters for assistance on several occasions, only to be told, they would find our waiter. There is NO WAY to fight a FAP claim with Wildblue. If they say you went over, you went over. Period. Years ago I (and MANY others) requested that they show actual daily usage so we could manage our own use but they STILL only have a 30 day rolling total. Had contractor refinished 2 countertops and a bathtub. Used caulk around countertop, the finish did not cover the caulk, the surface is rough and the detail is trying to come off. I found that this machine cannot be repaired due to a manufacturers defect. The machine vibrates off balance. I have balanced it per Maytags suggestion and have had it thoroughly checked out. The repairman said he would call me back the next day after I talked to him. He never called me back because he knew this machine could not be repaired. The repairman told me he thought the buffer ring was bad. I had the machine taken apart to find out there is not one bad part on this machine just a defective machine. Our heating system is not functioning right since October 2009. I brought this to the Letting Agents attention, who then send out a plumber to look at it and we were told theres nothing he can do about it.
