Left money order before the end of the due date, around 2 o'clock on the 3rd.. In a week I get 2nd balance due notification (where is the first one?) with late fees. I called to leasing office and the staff were trying to tell me that they didn't get my money order until the late afternoon of the next day. MVQ said they would return my money but Catalog Potpouri had a trick up their sleve at the end of the ordering process. Watch out.
