This particular PTC site promises a refund after 12 banner assignments and all you have to do is email them if you find yourself not doing this particular kind of job. Paid for six treatments at Shermans Oaks location. After receiving only three treatments, the Sherman Oaks store closed for 'remodeling, ' and never reopened. I finally contacted someone at the Beverly Hills location. They cancelled Three appointments on me for various reasons. This seems to be the same website at macanimestore.com. Never received product but as soon as I ordered it they charge the money. Recommending people shop around before actually purchasing. My friend was over and tried to log into his full tilt account, and received a notice saying authentication failed. He assumed it was his slow computer acting up again so he tried on my computer in which i was already signed in on. I bought this warranty believing that I had insurance on my vehicle repairs. Little did I know I was being SCAMMED! I was employed at the Convergys in Chattanooga, TN (CSR FOR DIRECTV) and that is by far the worst place I have ever worked. Called the technical number, someone in India answered. It was very difficult to understand them. They told me that my warranty on my printer had expired on June 19th and I was calling July 2nd. I told them that my printer was not a year old since we did not have a computer in June. We purchased our desk top on Aug 31st and the printer and computer were installed at the same time. This product made my dog act like she was on crack. I have a yorkie mix who a few hours after placing the flea treatment on started to become very paranoid of everything around her and began pacing non stop! I had ordered a motorola h-15 headset from n1-wirelesss it said in the ad the item was brand new upon opening the package it was obvious it was not motorola put plastic on the front of the unit and the ear piece has a plastic shield to protect it which this did not plus the speaker has some sort of glue on it which I had to remove and the front of it has marks where you can see it either was used or refurbished .
