Tis is an add on to my earlier complaint. I forgot to mention that this company also applied for a credit card in my name. When I spoke with the sales rep when receiving my notice on this she said that I wasn't suppose to get that and that it was a technical error. Certainly this must be against the law. Collegiate Housing Services Inc is too good to be true. Everything seems fine on paper, and they make it seem like things will work out with a stress free environment. I have been trying for two years to get this company to modify my mortgage. My husband was injured on his job four years ago, his foot was crushed and it was determined he can no longer work. Finally after two years of paper work, phone calls, lawyers etc, they sent me an application for modification. It stated that no forclosure would take place during the trial period. I had placed an order with Footsies Biz on December 29, 1999 through Paypal. I sent several e-mails to check on this order and received no reply. I made a claim through Paypal which then escalated to a dispute. Then, just the other day I received a package from NV which I thought was what I ordered, but it turned out to be something completely different. I''ve been ripoff twice by advertised cellphone spy ware download programs. Both times I have paid internet downloadable programs and have alway ended up with programs that are corrupt and forget about trying to get a refund or even and live person assistance. They are advertised as simple to install and will work on any cell phone, but after you are houded into purchasing the program you will soon be losing your hair in fustration trying to figure out why the files for this programs are emptiy or corrupt.
