This company happily took our money to accomplish an loan modiciation. We gave them the money ONLY after we sent some preliminary figures to determine feasability. They said they could help us so we signed a money-back contract. After all the paperwork was submitted, our processor told us we could NOT qualify as we had too much in savings. TheLadders is resume writing service that sends out bogus critiques automated with computers. I believe eventually a human does them once they think you are about to buy but judging by their work those are bogus as well. The person updating the website doesn't like them either. Contra Costa County CA Building department have a way to get revenue to keep their jobs. They come out to your house and begin to write the homeowner up for allegded building and zoning violations. Typically this is some buffoon who just got out of school and no nothing of construction. No matter what evidence you come up with to disprove the citations, it falls on deaf ears. Linders does not live up to their agreements. As part of a Linders company promotion I was told that I would receive a grocery voucer of $25 per month totaling $500 for purchasing a $1, 600 entertainment center. After nine months of following the instructions and receiving NOTHING I inquired with Linders why this was happening. Linders told me (I had to call them!) that the company providing vouchers went out of business. Linders now wants to negotiate a $350 voucher to use towards the purchase of more Linders furniture. This company based out of Deer Park, NY is a disgrace. I originally thought i was dealing with the original co. Total Leather Care ( who was great !, but they are now The Leather Solution in Baldwin, NY ). The deceptive way this co. presents itself as total leather solutions should be criminal . They have one technician i eventually found out after asking for another more skilled one to come out and redo the original repair. I asked not to send out the tech . covered in tatoos, very scary. I have tried to redeem Charter Points for 3 months I have nearly 50, 000 points and Charter keeps telling me to use my points. I recently have been seeing ads on TV about how friendly and courteous the service at Belew drugs broadway shopping center is. I would like to disagree. So, I put a deposit on a $22, 500 used Pontiac after a day or two of negotiations with a salesman...all set to pickup the car on the weekend. I can't even express how much I hate owcen. Sadly, since I didn't even know about them until they bought my loan, most people getting loans may not know about them either, until it's to late. The ad indicated that the company was affiliated with Google. Thats the only reason I clicked on it. What a SCAM! This was around December 14th.
