I ordered a Gatchaman TV+ Movie Bundle on August 4, 2009. I paid $91.35 for the order the money was quickly withdrawn from my account but I never received the product I kept email them and calling them asking them where is my product and they may have responded once or twice but that was it. It is now 2010 and I never received my money back nor have I received the product. I trusted them as a business. I don't need to loose money like this, not in this economy. Pay-Ease is refusing to pay for services rendered on their bill-pay kiosks. Their were circumstances regarding damage to the kiosk, during a shipping process. They made us aware of the issue and we asked for damage estimates, so a claim can be filed. We never received a damage report to file this claim and after several months, turned over their account to a collection agency. My wife and I purchased a new Whirlpool washer and dryer at Best buy and paid for an extended service policy for three years. We were told that the set we purchased was the last set and that the dryer was an electric dryer. We needed to have a gas dryer. Cheapoair has the worst customer service agents ever. No one speaks correct english or understand the basic knowledge of taking a reservation. Was talking to a woman in the deli/bakery department named Yvonne and she was stone cold drunk. Was loud and rude. All I wanted was to order a deli try for a party this past weekend. She was drunk! This agency had me sign up for health insurance and when I did the rep who is an out right liar, said she needed a bank account number just to put in the policy and that they wouldnt touch it. Now today shes telling me that they are going to draft my account that I gave them that I use for emergencys only. She ( Diane McKarthy ) was rude to me on the phone and I would not reccomend anyone goto them for your health insurance needs as you may get scammed like I did. Bank of Florida acquired Bristol Bank over a year ago, and because the branch is conveniently located to my home and the bank seemed to have a good reputation, I decided to not keep my account with them. Skinstore.com is the absolute worst place to buy skin care or beauty products. They sell items that are expired on a routine basis without telling the customer that they will receive an item that was manufactured 3 years ago. There is a 30 day return policy, however you will be wasting your time and money if you order from them. Skinstore.com is pure scum. Many beauty products have a 6 month shelf life. On 11/01/10 I emailed the company reguesting status of my orders and received a reply on 1201/10 that my orders had been updated to DISPATCHED. We bought a house full of furniture for a lake house. Bought from each end of the store, First they tried to charge for two delevery fees, then brought the wrong furniture, took another six weeks to get it straight.
