These people have no hearts. WHy should they right? They contacted me regaurding a debt, yet when I told them to please stop calling they said they didn't have to and hung up on me. I called back and said how rude they were. Then they proceeded to threaten me, said they knew where I worked, my mortgage agency, and that I should seek legal council and hung up. I have been a distributor for Ardyss for a couple months now and dealing with returns that are "defective" have been a nightmare. 90% of the bodymagics I have sold have been defective. The snaps went crooked for two of them in one week and the hooks on another were pulled out so the abdomen is showing. And the others have been smaller than their measuring chart size. It is going on a month and have not received a refund on my items they guaranteed as a refund. Customer service hangs up on me the majority of the time or places the phone on mute so you have no other choice but to hang up. The tshirts seem to hold up good. I started a attractive Trial Offer from this company. The trial was $2.00 to try out their coffee and recive 2 travel cups along with it. I had my checking account with Wells Fargo. I checked my balance and noticed that I had enough to make three small transactions of $2.00 plus, $3.00 plus and $5.00 pluss. After ordering a Snuggie via phone and using credit card in 2008, I was shocked to get an $8.25 check in July 2009 from Snuggie or ?. Almost a year ago I ordered a bracelet and earrings set from this company. Which I paid for and I thought was done. Last month they sent me two more shipments of cheap looking jewelry and charged me $89.00 each time. I bought my fridge on 11/06/08 from Best Buy. It is an LG LFZ25980ST with a retail value of $3200. Only 2 months after purchase I found that all soft items in my fridge were frozen! Customer service is terrible. I placed an order, for a Christmas gift, on December 10th and almost immediately received an order confirmation. After 4 days there was no status update. I had to e-mail the company to see if the order had been proccessed. It took 2 days for them to get back to me and when they did, they said the order had been canceled. My husband had to have my car towed to this gas station about 4 months ago due to a tire rod bolt coming off. We were really impressed with them being friendly so when the same car started to overheat we immediatly thought of them to have the car towed. Worked for company as independent subcontractor. I was hired to fabricate, finish and install a custom maple handrail. My company was to be paid in full at time of installation. The project was completed on August 22 2009. At that time Heath M. Slavin refused the bill and started to re-negotiate the original agreement between he and I. Since that time, I've carried the company to small claims court. I was awarded the entire judgement for unpaid invoices and all interest involved with the invoice.
