Goods were received and signed for by a storeman at my workplace seven weeks after ordering. On my receipt of the goods, moving the boxes was noisy with broken pieces rattling, even though the boxes were intact. When opened, the boxes contained the shattered china basin and broken vanity. Purchased a crystal bracelet from BMNY. The clasp broke and we mailed it to the company that does their warranty work, Kent's Trading. The bracelet I sent to Kent's Trading was straight and the crystals were clear and bright. The bracelet they sent back was twisted and the crystals are cloudy. I Financed a Vehicle from Mr.Repo under the impression that it was a reliable Vehicle (just like many other consumers would.) and after a week the Vehicle starting acting up. Yes it was under the As Is warranty, but what I thought As Is meant Is an automobile that is in a condition of what a vehicle is suppose to be. I too, unfortunately, fell for the two pounds of coffee for $5 each and free mugs and insulated mugs. I recieved the coffee--whole beans instead of ground. I never received the delivery (promised several times that it would be mailed that day). I also never received a refund (which was requested 4 times and promised to happen). In December 2008, I purchased a toy online through the learning tree. Today I saw withdraws from my bank account in the amount of $14.95 a month, up to two times a month from easysavers. I called and they were not open, so had to filed a dispute with my bank. I did NOT sign up for easysavers and never recieved anything in the mail or through email, stating that I was a member.
