I was also scammed by this Company. They falsified my Invoice copy to my credit card company. We bid on one auction item on DOTmed.com. We were the only bidders on the item and won the item for one dollar. Then DOTmed adds a $50 processing fee for a total of $51. We then have an email from a Gilpin Logistics to pay the $100 just to pkg a small pkg. Plus, we owe for the freight. So a $1 item will end up costing several hundred dollars in fees and shipping. I too was sucked into this scam. But I believe I have resolved the issue. 1. First I called my bank/banker and gave them the charges and also the names under which the charges were pulled from my account (you will note that they use multi-names). First, the phone is frequently down on claim days, and people cannot file their claims at all. My fiancee and I got a dog from this "breeder" the two men we met went by the names Chris and Nick. The puppy seemed fine when we met him the first time very vibrant and helathy. We are animal lovers and had no hesitation to pay the men and take him home. The facility seemed legitimate to us, no signs of incompetence or mistreatment of the animals themselves. However, it seems that behind the scenes the dogs were all sick! We were contacted by this company saying that we owed them $600 plus for their listing of our company in their directory. They stated that they had provided this service free for one year and that we now owed this bill.They asked if I would like to pay this invoice over the phone and I stated no send me a copy of this invoice because I wanted to see what they were billing us for. On May 29th 2008 I place two orders with Empire Carpet with sales rep Mr. Phillip Dorminey. Order # 1 (U050173) for $5, 189.25 and Order #2 (U050174) for $1810.75, which was a special order item. My husband went to post a letter 3 doors down from my house. On his way back, he was hit by a car which had mounted the pavement and picked him up onto the bonnet of his car and proceeded to propel my husband onto our car, which was parked on our driveway. ReFirme skin tightening is dangerous. You are told that it is a safe and painless procedure. That could not be further from the truth. I was invited to try Refirme at an "open house" demonstration hosted by a plastic surgeon. It was extremely painful. I was badly burned and now have 2 scars on my face. These people took an admin charge of £49.99 back in May to process my loan. They had no permission to do this. After recieving no paperwork i telephoned them and was told it had been sent and that they would resend it. IT did not arrive. On 15th March a transaction was complete through my PayPal account for £53.66 following my ordering of a laptop battery from Battery Trader. I have yet to receive the battery I ordered or any other indication that there might be a problem with my order. I have sent several messages requesting details but have received no reply. We purchased our house, which was built in 2001, in 2005. Since we moved in we have experienced many major and minor problems, some deadly. In order of severity, they are: 1.
