We rented a cell phone from this company for my son to take to Italy for 6 weeks. The billing system was so complicated, you could not understand it. We were over-charged many times. I also bought a Maytag quiet series legacy 300. It was part of a 3 appliance package. It did not last more than 1.5 years. It is now a dish rack in my newly purchased home. What a shame. This "retreat" was one of the most unprofessionally run (creepy, actually) retreats I have ever been to. They seem to be using the money from guests to renovate their house (which is also their facility) with no regard for the clients who are footing the bill. First, Experian is directly associated with FreeCreditReport.com. I found this out when trying to dispute some charges FCR had charged on my charge card. When I tried to challenge charges two different reps told me one thing and then another, in other words, they changed their stories as we talked . USE THIS PHONE NUMBER: 1 800 787 6864 to reach Experian and speak with them. If you call the freecreditreport.com customer "support" they will say they cannot remove any charges from your credit card. It took a few hours and much persistence but got the charges removed. My clothes dryer stopped getting hot a few days ago. I took apart the back to discover which component had failed, expecting to find a bad heating element. Instead, I found that the thermal cutoff switch had burned and melted. The steel electrical connectors are fused, and there is carbon residue all over the part, and also covering the back of the dryer for about six inches above the part. On 11/11/09, my garage door did not open, I called Choice Home Warranty (CHW) to dispatch a tech and the tech diagnosed the problem as a short. I told him it worked fine but two weeks prior on about two occasions I had to push it twice but it would open. Purchased a Watercraft on July 17, broke down on us the same day in the water. Took it back, they fixed it, worked fine the second time, third time it broke down on us again. This is supposedly a site to help you get a government grant to help you while you are unemployed. They indicate that there is a charge but it is only $1.00 for a 24 hour trial. They sent me a user code and a password to use. That did not work. The very next day, they made a $76.85 charge on the credit card.
