The slipcovers were custom-sewn and shipped to me on August 20. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. First they sell parts that are not genuine but ‘similar to…’ i.e. Kohler etc. parts. The ‘similar to’ parts do not fit and also leak. I ordered and received a DVD set from Dino dvd's. I order Grey's Anatomy and it came in a box looking very similar to the one advertised for this particular season. However, once I put the discs into the DVd player, I found out that these were just episodes recorded off the TV! There were even portions of commercials that they didn't properly crop out! Obviously no bonus features (which were advertised on the site). there were even local channel promo's at the bottom of the screen for a few of the episodes. On 10/31/09, I recieved a home equity line of credit with a new check book to use. I Went to a Lowes store in my small home town. I spent 4 hours looking for several items (over 40 items). I wrote a check to cover the cost. Certegy Check Services uses a faulty profiling system to approve checks and nothing else. They used a telemarketer and called to 'verify' my yellow page listing, I get these calls frequently, so I did not worry or end the call. They rattled of something disclaimer sounding about adding something to my phone bill. I said clearly, " I do not authorize you to add anything to my phone bill." Then they sent me a letter saying they would start charging my phone bill for a crappy website that they made! When you call to cancel, the service number hangs up on you. After purchasing a pair of what i was told were genuine real UGG Australia boots what i received in the mail were a pair of FAKE Ugg Australia boots. When i emailed the company who were advertising with official branding etc they did not dispute the fact that the boots were in fact fake!
