Owned the Zerowater (sold at Target)purifier for three months. Expensive initially and purifiers are twice what others sell for. Touted as cleanest water purifier. Box says purifier should last 2-3 months. Our lasts a month. When purifier needs changing, the water in the pitcher tastes terrible has to be tossed, unlike other purifiers. I recently sold a truck on Ebay. The buyer contacted Continental Auto Movers to make the pick-up. The company called and scheduled a pick-up date of October 22-23(Thurs-Fri). No show on either day, so Friday evening I called. It took me 4 tried to get through to anyone. When I finally did they informed me that they were running a little behind and would be able to pick up the truck on Monday. I think the website has extremely poor customer service. I ordered something and payed for priority shipping (3-5 business days as it was listed) and received it 7 business days later (2 days after I needed it). I called and left a voicemail to speak to a representative about this and never got a call back. I called again, 6 days later and the person could not have been more rude. My Rav 4 with the cruise control off has 6 times jumped from 30mph while driving in town to close to 90mph. Last time I almost got killed because when I jammed on the brakes they were rendered ineffective due to the racing engine. i ended up passing around a blind curve doing 70mph in a 35mph zone to avoid a collision. We special ordered 6 24x80 doors and 3-30x80 doors from Menards in Moline, Il. We were told the doors would be in in 7-10 days. They would send a card in the mail when they arrived. Surprise no card, After 14 days we called to check on them and were told they had been there for a week.We went and picked them up, got them home and they didn't fit. My family has been without a refrigerator for about 2 months. Efforts to repair the refrigerator by Brandsmart can best be described as ridiculous. I bought a 5 year old Horton home. WHAT a mistake. Very poor quality. Many hidden mistakes. In 5 years the house is in need of roof and siding repairs. Wiring issues, plumbing issues and more. Makes me sick to see what they get away with. Government should step in amd make home builders acountable. The subcontractors took every short cut they could and no one makes sure they do it right.
