We have spent more than $7, 500.00 with this company and have yet to have a reasonable experience with them. Incomplete paint, parts which do not fit into each other, Promises which are simply ignored (They promised an anodized finish but supplied a painted one), wrong tracking numbers, bad attitudes ("How should I know where your order is?"), and now, wrong size poles (87.5" poles which they admit should have been 93"). My A/C unit needed to be replaced, after several proposals from A/C companies I decided to choose Iernas due to their price and proposed value. This company is responsible for the worst customer service I have ever experience in my entire life. My house was supposed to be steamcleaned last weekend between the old tenants moving out on Friday and my housemate and I moving in on Monday. Unauthorized charge for 9.95 appeared on my bank acct from this company. From my research it appears that many others have had the same problem and whoever is making the charges is using a variety of business names, locations, & phone numbers. I took my car to Pep Boys for an oil change and tune up and oil valve replacement. Took it in on Thursday and by Saturday afternoon they finally finished it. This is on my bank statement and i did not give authorization to take it. they took $79.86 on October 30. I did not authorize this. I want this money put back into my account immediately. Dan Diamond is a scam artist. In Dec 2006 we wired him $20, 000 for a 175 ton Pinnacle brake press. We actually drove to Chicago to view one that was being installed and spoke with Tim Matherly. If you plan to hire a mover, do not hire this company. They will not disclose to you any of their extra fees until after they have loaded your items to their truck. Even when you asked prior to the move, they will never mention it. They will lure you in with their low rate of $70/hr for 3 men.
