On October 26th I used the Wachovia dealer services website to make a payment on my loan. I printed out the transaction just as it appeared on the screen. On Friday, October 30th, I received a phone call telling me that my payment had been declined for non sufficient funds. I am a Canadian who set up a checking account with RBC Bank in the USA. I was maintaining a $700 balance as required to avoid service charges. I wasn't using the account, so apparently it became inactive and they started taking a fee of $10 per month. I received no warning that the account was about to become inactive. He has failed to show for two installation dates, does not answer phone calls, and has yet to return $2, 500 deposit. Based on this business' performance I would HIGHLY recommend you seek other vendors for reliable quotes and installation. Owned the Zerowater (sold at Target)purifier for three months. Expensive initially and purifiers are twice what others sell for. Touted as cleanest water purifier. Box says purifier should last 2-3 months. Our lasts a month. When purifier needs changing, the water in the pitcher tastes terrible has to be tossed, unlike other purifiers.
