I ordered a product, Bowtrol, on Oct. 8. I paid for it on my credit card, and it still has not arrived. The time span is 5-15 days. I realize it has only been 9 days, but I find it hard to believe that it takes 9 days to deliver something from Michigan to New York State, unless it's on the back of a snail. Speedy certainly is the wrong name for this company. I've emailed the company three times and called twice, and have gotten no response. If I receive no product by next week, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as any other watchdog company. I would never order anything from them. read full review »

I was looking at my PayPal account when I noticed an unauthorized charge for $89.95 USD made by Dermaril Wrinkle Cream, a company I had never even heard of. I did not authorize this transaction and am currently in the process of disputing it. After watching Dr. Oz on the Oprah show, I decided to try Resveratrol. Their web site advertised a 30 day supply for $3.95. This was on 10-05-09, on 10-16-09 my account was charged $84.00. I called the number on the bottle and requested cancellation of any future shipments and credit back to my account. I was told they will not issue credit, or take any returns of their product. We are a computer company and bought an LCD from them that arrived DOA (defective). They asked us a for a technical detail of the problem and for pictures of the LCD. AZ Plumbing was out on 10/13/2009, and said that we had a leaking aerator (after factory), and we had some loose packing nuts under the sink. This company is a scam. Not only do they give you a very small window in which to cancel, you must also RETURN the product in order to not be billed the $64.95 for the "Risk Free Trial" supply. I bought the A1200 (Ming phone) by Motorola from GSMonster. From the beginning there were problems. Unfortunately, because GSMonster has a 7 day (from date of purchase) return policy there is no recourse if you encounter problems. By the time you get the phone a week later or so the return policy has already expired. My husband and I donated a car to Kars4Kids back in late May. We received the vacation voucher and were contacted by WorldWide Travel Center, and we setup reservations for the location they had available. Has anyone else had issues with Schwab visa switching payment amounts so the user incurs interest costs? I am meticulous about making my credit card payments in full each month so as to not incur any interest charges.
