GTPN Nutrition Pro
Joy 'sailor September 12, 2009
About a month ago, I went online and ordered a free trial sample of Colon Cleanse RX. I believe the company was GTPN Nutrition Pro but the bottle came by itself with nothing indicating where it was sent from. I did authorize the one-time payment of $4.95 to cover the shipping and handling on the free trial sample. However, within the last two days, I have a charge on my account in the amount of $86.65 from GTPN Nutrition Pro. No phone number or any indication as to where this company is. I told my bank that this was an unauthorized payment but... read full review »

New Vitality
Gobber September 12, 2009
Like others before me, I responded to a radio advertising pitch by non other than the respected Thom Hartmann for a New Vitality Product. I called the toll-free number to make a trial order, unknowing that I would subsequently be "Auto Billed" for orders I did not authorize. After receiving a second order I did not authorize, I called the company to insist that future orders would not be authorized and to cease sending them. I called two weeks afterward to verify that I was removed from their customer lists. Two orders were... read full review »

London Ticket Brokerage
Suki September 12, 2009
Can you all be on the look out for the scammer David Spanton/John Hobbs I believe that he has reinvented himself and is set up as Londonticketbrokerage.net. Unfortunately a close friend of mine has been scammed on tickets for the England Italy game on Saturday. David declined to send the tickets after many attempts by my friend to get confirmation over the phone, she also asked for a fax. I understand that this man was banned from being a director of any buisness and has set up using the directors name of Aleksander Sobis. The address that he works out of is the same one as for london ticket brokers, which was shut down for being a scam. read full review »

Rakatak Scooters
JackIsBack September 12, 2009
We also purchased a Scooter from rakatak.com for our 9 year old daughter for Christmas. We followed the instructions for charging after she opened the box and we put the scooter together. After following all instructions closely the scooter would not run. We called many times as we had the batteries tested resulting in being bad and finally got a hold of someone who really didn't want to do anything about it. Finally they said they would send new batteries. Several weeks later still no batteries, we called to get the response that they... read full review »

PriceRock.com
Ms. Smith September 12, 2009
I recently (01/09) bought a 1.4mm 14k yellow gold chain from PRICEROCK.COM, an online retailer. I felt comfortable purchasing from them based on the items description of "exquisite quality", terrific photo of chain and (most importantly) based upon thier offer of a 30 day refund policy listed on thier home page. The day the chain arrived, I was immediately dissapointed. The chain was of poor quality ( you could see the little solder marks where each link was cheaply joined), it was of a pale gold color that looks fake (like... read full review »

Hidy Honda
Luster September 12, 2009
Service lady Sherri told me I needed all kinds of stuff done to my car in early January when it got to 106000 miles. I paid over $1300 for that work. In late February I got a recall letter from Honda and took it into another Honda dealer near my work. They found out that half the stuff Hidy charged me for was not even done. My spark plugs- brake fluid- transmission oil-generator belt- and filters were not even replaced! Even the front brakes they charged me for were not replaced! The Honda dealer I took it in to showed me my car and went over... read full review »

E. Burnham Cosmetic Company
Nastacia September 12, 2009
I am responding to several posts, accusing E. Burnham Cosmetic Co. of "ripping" people off. The Company says they will be sending you a shipment, they tell you when, they tell you how much...All the consumer has to do, is...read what the company has written. I think this company is not getting fair deal, simply because individuals do not read what is in front of them. I ordered the same "free" travel sized retinol creme, with it came all the above instructions. I received my first order of retinol creme, with a bill of 27.95. I... read full review »

Hollifield Body Shop
Miska September 12, 2009
A person named Roy from Reno, Nevada posted a bad report under my husbands business-stating his car and emotions, and pocketbook had been abused while at our shop. My husband has been in business for 23-plus years, and is fair and generous, otherwise he wouldn't have received a plaque from the Better Business Bureau. Not one complaint in all those years. Roy should be ashamed and people should be alerted to the fact that he is a LIAR! If people are unaware of this-BEWARE-it may be you with the bad reference next time. read full review »

Cellurez
AnnoyedinNewYork September 12, 2009
Cellurez invites potential customers to try an anti-cellulite cream for $4.99. Included in their website is a large certificate with large lettering stating SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. However, under that certificate headline, it confusingly informs customers that they will have fifteen days to try the product, and then a line or two below, that they will have really only a few days to try the product because the fifteen days begins when you pay your $4.99, not when they ship it or you receive it.
