Fraudulent business practice. Three Hour delay from committment time and sent 3 instead of 4 movers with no response and apology. Overcharged 30% or over $300 for a 2-3 mile local move (Charged $83 as gas surcharge for 2-3 mile move on top of 1 hr standard fee for truck, mileage, gas etc. Charged $125 as bulky item such as sofa, charged $69 for packing tape and charged 1-2 hr extra trip as they brought smaller truck for 4 bedroom house and charged for the rest time of 3 people. Bad treatment, misleading coupons given to customers! Pepino's in Menomonee Falls attaches $2.00 coupons to each pizza when you buy one. These coupons do NOT say on them that you cannot use more than one when you get a pizza the next time you place an order, yet they do say they can expire without notice. I went into the restaurant with several coupons I had saved, only to be told they would only accept one per pizza order! This company is the worst! They trick you into a free trial with the "fine print", then they send you a product that does not work, and then they charge you $83.95 for the stuff! Beware - if you are as naive as I was and ordered this junk - the 14 day trial starts the day you place the order, NOT the day you receive and actually start using the product. I ordered a dress weeks ago. When it didn't show up, I contacted the company. The representative, Shennea, told me that they failed to tell me the dress was out of stock. She had a different dress that she could send me instead. When I told her the date I needed the dress by, she said she couldn't get it to me in time. The company could have sent it Overnight or 2-day priority mail and had it to me in time. I ordered a Mother of the Bride dress for my daughters up coming wedding. I have 2 girls who are getting married a month apart. I ordered one dress from one store and the other at Hill Top Bridal. The one dress from Ballet was a perfect fit. The one dress from Hill Top was way off the mark. I am normally a size 10 and the gown came in size 18. I'm just writing this because I got another mailing from them and I just had a handyman do the work I had this company give me a quote on for about 1/5th of the cost. They are a total rip-off. Used a single load machine for $1.75 with a downey ball so I could use fabric softener, and after 26 minsm, I opened the machine to find fabric softener all over my clothes. Found the employee, described the situation, he came over to look at it. And told me that because I "choose" to use the downey ball, they can't be responsible. Not holding you liable for the clothing I just want another $1.75 for the rinse my clothes will now require, since your machine did not work right. If you value your motorcycle, stay away from this "Shipper" The above shipper picked 2 bikes from Harley Davidson Dealership in Anchorage to ship to Idaho Falls, ID. They left NO paperwork! The bikes were: 1- Screaming Eagle Road King- brand new. 2- Honda Valkyrie They charged me $ 2616.18 on the phone and told me all the paperwork would be sent on line. I called cusotmer service as a result of a duplicate order placed. I originally ordered from www.wrapwithus.com and their internet went down as I ordered. So I tried to place it again and it didn't go through, but the same error message came through. I tried one last time and this time it finally worked and the order went through. I was somewhat shocked to discover as I went into Ralph's a couple of weeks ago that I could not buy any oranges from their produce department that were not irradiated. As you probably know, the PLU Code's 1st digit reveals the category of produce: 4 - Regular 3 - Irradiated 9 - Organic 8 - GMO Upon looking around I found that had tomatoes, nectarines, and many other kinds of food that were irradiated also. I bought a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and had numerous problems with them. First they put an improper color for the custom leather interior we had them do. They refused to pay to put the correct color in and it still looks bad. Then we had a problem with their alarm system not working properly (constant falses). They eventually replaced the alarm but we still get the false alarms. I've lived here for almost 5 years. Why I don't know. Rent is too high, water bills are out of this world (50 a month for a 1 bedroom!). Any repair issue and it takes several attempts to fix it half way, let alone correctly. IF they come back. Had my bathroom sink disconnected for 6 weeks! Had to call the City Code folks to get my A/C repaired after a year of verbal and written complaints. They make excuses, they loose paper work, they don't return calls. I bought a puppy from a breeder in Mississippi and I live in California. The puppy was very sick when he arrived and I tried feeding him and giving him water constantly. I took him to the vet within 24 hours and he had a strong case of parvo. The "breeder" is in complete denial and refuses to negotiate at all. I sent her the vet papers and she still will not refund my money, nor will she replace the puppy. This is a warning to all consumers who are looking for a puppy and want a reputable breeder. Chuck Farrar, strung us along, as we were waiting for a pension dispursement, asked for material that was never pertinent, and charged thousands of dollars to supposedly review the material. Chuck Farrar never provided any pertinent advice or information regarding our case. In the end we received a dispursment of the retirement account that was a fraction of its value and to add insult to injury Chuck Farrar charged over $6000. My daughter and I went to the shop to get a routine transmission fluid change and that is exactly what I wanted. He asked me if I wanted my transmission flushed. I asked if that was good for it and he said yes. It is only $99.00 The upper Tech's name was Arthur. The lower Tech's name was Jason. The manager's name is David. The bench delivery by crane and straps caused texture damage to the bench arms. The result is blotchy spots with some colors from the colored pad they placed between the bench arms and straps. Their solution was some stain sealant paint spray, which I have not tried and am skeptical to try, since the difference in the raised and lowered area of the paint texture will still be there likely, plus the color may not match the rest of the bench. I bought a prepaid Virgin phone in 2006, when I moved to town. I don't need a cell phone, only for emergencies and to contact my husband if needed. I put the account on a credit card so that they could "top it" when needed, for $15. Instead, they top it every two months or so, and I now have $150 on the card. It will take me years to use this amount, as I NEVER use the phone. I cancelled the top off service, but I am still angry that they could use my credit card as they wish, rather than only when needed. Watch out for this company!! read full review »

Oh My, Never, Ever, Ever buy a product form this company. The customer service and any associated help goes out of the window as soon as they have your money. I bought a $2000 p.c from them which subsequently stopped working entirely 2 weeks later, Their Customer Service rep Steve (whom I always seemed to get no matter when I called, and who appeared to be a cell phone) was completely useless and argumentative.
