I purchased a vehicle from a towing company called Bob's Tow Service located at 1112 Beach Street, Vallejo, Ca. 94590 in May 2007. Less than one month later my vehicle was stolen on the 6th of June. In late june I purchased a new 2007 hyundai accent from duncan hyundai. After only 2000 miles the check engine light came on. I took it back. Ok, I open the dex phone book and I see 3 coupons that state "full service hand wash" includes 100% handwash, dust wash, vacum interior&ash trays, clean windows inside and out expires 3/31/08. Auto Dealerships are at an all time high with selling junk to customers. This particular dealership sells junk knowingly. When you purchase a car, they tell you to get an extended warranty, which means absolutely nothing and then want you to pay for a car that you are not getting service from. The sales manager is always busy and the owner is never there to speak with you. You are constantly being told that they will see what they can do now that they have your money. I had an 800 # through AT&T and advertised it on our business ad in the yellowpages at $1200.00 a month for 12 months. 9 months into the ad, I find out the 800 # has been disconnected and sold to another company 14 months previous. A Charge of $39.00 was made to my Credit Card Oct. 9th, I did not authorized this charge and was never notified of automatic Billing Policy. I had the procedure about 2 years ago, since that time my eyessight has degraded. Wanting to use the lifetime enhancement promise, I contacted the company. The online auction company cancelled the auction and suspended the seller from receiving its auction services. When I first put my reservation for a condominium thru LA Hacienda 1 on 5140 East Kings canyon they told me that i was getting 3% discount on the property price, only to be told as escrow was closing on NOvember 2005 that i did not qualify for 3% instead only 2% since i was an investor!
