I have had absolutely no problems with Top AGent Toolbox. I suspect some of the "complaints" being filed online are guerilla warfare tactics by some of Top Agent Toolbox competitors. I ordered 4 special, handmade burp clothes from Burpies.com on Sept 28. According to their website, orders are processed in 5-10 business days. Around the 9th day, I emailed burpies.com to receive a tracking number or get more information about when I can expect my item. I have subsequently sent 4 emails, all of which have gone unanswered. We have a credit card with this company under the Kroger 1 2 3 program. After they added the interest last month it pushed the amount over by 79 cents. They added a service fee of $39. My account had two deductions for $19.95. When I found these in my account I went to my bank. This is not scam this is FRAUD. The bank employee got a person on the phone. Numerous times she asked for my name or my phone number or my card number. We couldn't understand much of what she said. They are now getting a fraud charge against them. I was charged $200 in fees after using my debit card which is "as good as cash" and the money should be taken rite out of the account and ended up bouncing a check. Supposedly they rearrange the things you have purchased so that they go highest to lowest causing everything else to bounce. I have two very big complaints. 1) The sales representatives are the most pressure driven people I have ever worked with. I placed an order shown below on the 27th Sept for a bed and mattress. The order passed the deadline and I wasn't informed of this change. Kept waiting more than 6 weeks I cancelled and was refunded. I phoned Telewest about 2 months ago to get a phone line installed. I then had to wait a few days to get the technician. I had to take a day off from work to be there, only to be told that he can't install the line because the phone line has to be connected to the line/cable underneath the road and that the road was too busy. In late 2000 we spent almost £20000 having Hammonds refit all four of our bedrooms. The saga of getting them right lasted almost a year. Furniture 123 are still at their old tricks. I ordered a nest of tables on 14 June, for delivery in two weeks. Furniture 123 took the money from my account on the 16 June. I received a phone call from them telling me that they were waiting for new stock to come in and that the goods would be delived by the later part of July. I have tried to contact them several times by phone and email without success. I have now written to them giving them seven days to either deliver the goods or return my money otherwise I will be reporting them and their actions to Trading Standards.
