We were the 3rd of 3 homes built in our subdivision before the builder went under. Our 8-10 month build time stretched to 18 months and we still had to fight to close at that time. Though they did not file for bankruptcy, we were told that they would provide labor for our warranty, but we would have to pay costs out of pocket. They sell us a Blacberry 8310 as a better option than the Blacberry 9630 that we were asking for. They use their technical knowledge to ambush their clients. They sell us an 8310 at a higher price (U$S 550) than they were asking for the 9630 (499). Our business relocated to an address where AT & T could not provide service, thus we had to cancel our AT & T service and change to another carrier. The AT & T representative gave me a fax number and told me to send a letter explaining that AT&T service was not available at our new location and the termination fees would be waived. It gave me an ID number and every thing, but no phone number to call, they asked for cash in order to processes, they say Guaranteed full ACCESS to THE OVER $2, 500, 000.00 MONIES, and $20.00 to be sent as check / CASH / money order, were the things that struck me as this is a SCAM.
