My complaint is with the state of Fl. I moved back to Fl in 2004, I gave them all my papers from CO regarding my divorce, child support and orders for payment. I gave them EVERYTHING. Auto Bargain has been taking $39.80 from my bank account every 2 weeks since November 2008 without my knowledge. I never autorized these payment and never signed up for this service. I don't even know what kind of company this is. Apparantly they have also given my information to 3 other companies, Ez Saver, American Leisure and Home service. I purchased a Molitor 17 wood / fiberglass canoe from a retail store that was going out of business.This is supposed to be the top of the line Old Town Canoe. The canoe after it was purchased, was found to have obvious manufacturing defects to the underside of the bow and stern decks. I had the worst experience of my life with oral surgery at Gentle Dental on Benjamin Holt Dr. in Stockton, CA. I have gone there for years having routing exams and cleanings with no problems. I guess Gentle Dental does not have a resident oral surgeon. I was diagnosed with a fractured tooth and was told it needed to be extracted. They only have one oral surgeon who comes into their office one day a week so I gather he has his own practice elsewhere. A search shows an office in Belmont, CA but not sure. Someone stole my information and charged 2 cameras to my debit card. after numerous calls to citizens bank finally had to go to the main branch and file an affidavit for unauthorized card use. Their employee filled out the form and my wife signed it. After weeks of being bounced around they only credit my account for one camera (148.93). Robert Half is my recruitment agent for a job at HSBC. When HSBC withdrew their offer (17 Aug) on the basis of my credit report (which I just found out to contain duplicate loan entries for all my accounts and searches), Robert Half asked if they could run the search themselves as I told them that I was surprised something bad was on my credit report. I did not give them the authorisation but I discovered today Sep 5 they accessed my credit report on Aug 17. When I opened my refrigerator door, I smelled burning. I felt the top shelf of the refrig and noticed that it was very hot and all of the food was hot. Everything in the frig was warm and spoiled. On August 30th 2009 I posted a complaint about First Amerigo, a loan company research provider that spent over a month processing my loan application, with no results. Apparently due to my “geographical location”, First Amerigo service agent research efforts were hindered. I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by First Amerigo and informed I would be receiving a full refund, although their service agreement with me implies no such guarantees. National Online Scooters is a dealer to be avoided (deal with Sieg at your own peril). Once you buy a scooter, don't plan on ever hearing from the dealer again. There is zero support, so you must be prepared to fend for yourself. Dealer (Sieg) monitors phone calls and e-mails.
