Let me start of by saying that if you want to attend this school and learn more about the programs offered don't bother to ask questions because the departments within the school will refuse to return you calls or even respond to you if you go there in person to speak with them. Packet 8 provided the freedom annual plan for $199 and did automatically renew the subscription a year later with an increase in price to $240 - upon calling up packet 8, this renewal meant we cannot cancel the plan or get any refunds, the call quality has been very bad, I work from home a lot of days and it is almost unusable to make work calls, I have to switch over the using my mobile, wasting my minutes. I work with Corptek Solutions and we were asked to do work for Marlene (President and CEO) of DBR Marketing. We completed a data cutover and a couple of other things. This is bar none the worst dry cleaner I have ever been too. On numerous occasions I had to have items sent back to their cleaning facility either because (1) new stains appeared that were not present when I dropped off the item or (2) they did not get out the original stain to begin with.
