I have been restoring a 69 Chevelle SS for almost two years with Smoky Hill Restoration in Granbury, Texas. I was in another state, saying goodbye to my grandfather as he was taken off life support. I come home to find my car gone. It turns out that they had my car towed while I was gone because the tags expired the days it was towed. The worst experience I have ever had. I was lied to, over charged for shipping and had to send one pair back twice. Have lost any confidence as to what they tell me and what they do. The first mistake I made was letting the completely incompetent mechanics at Jones Nissan fumble around with the electrical system on my Quest after I clearly explained that the battery was discharging, sometimes within a matter of a couple of hours. I even told them to check the wiring harnesses as my thought was a short direct to chassis. Their finding... a loose battery cable. When I tried to access it, I was told that there was a problem with my spam filter (I had just successfully downloaded a different pattern with the same company), and I should email proof of payment to a supplied address. Staff is rude, they never return phone calls, do no know how to answer questions and the credits I earned did not transfer to Bergen Community College. Only 7 of 21 credits transfered. I bought a pool from these people last year. I paid $300.00 to fill the pool and the liner split. They replaced the liner but when asked about reimbursement for the water they have done nothing but string us along. We haven't gotten any straight answers and basically they think if you ignore something long enough it will go away. They don't return calls and don't respond to emails. I ordered this VOIP service and paid for the box/activation/shipping in advance. When I tried to cancel I was told to return the box. SAMBA Insurance Plan with OPM is something to be watched closely. After ten years with our same doctor and several support systems we have come to rely on for great health care, we have to make a change. Ultimate fares has absolutly no customer service! I spent over 6 hours on hold and was ultimatly hung up on. During all that time I was also emailing them about my problem. When my call started I was caller #9 with a 60 minute wait time. After 4 hours I became caller #1 with a 1 minute wait time which went to caller #1 with a 5 minute wait time and eventuall I ended up as caller #1 with a 60 minute wait time. Cox Communications is "UPGRADING" their email service. Therefor I can't get my emails. This started intermittently a few weeks ago and is getting worse every day. I wanted to try the free trial of reservtrol ultra for 99 cents for 15 days. I never received my trial ordered on Aug 3, 2009. On Aug. 17, 2009, my acct was billed for 87.13. Went to this doctor to have my eyes examined because I was and still am experiencing these spots I am seeing that appear black and tend to float around. Asked the nnurse before I was seen if this would be covered under my health insuance and she assured me that it was.
