Product was shipped to me, when I purchased a different product. I was charged 49.95 plus foreign transaction fee of 1.00. I called to complain that the money was taken from my account. They gave me a Return Merchandise Authorization #. I received the product and did not even open it. I wrote the RMA# all over the small box and returned it. This company is the worst pool company i have dealt with. They do not do the job they are hired, and if you happen to miss one payment, for $40, there is no grace period AT ALL, they let your pool go green until you pay. I just closed my pool and the credit card was declined, I don't know how, since i just checked it, but they threatened to put a lien on my house, since the woman who called me (who happened to be in Tampa Florida - go figure) knew I was selling my house. I met with the Atlantic Financial group in the beginning of 09 to possibly get my current mortgage loan modified.
