i received a phone call claiming i had received a payday loan and did not pay it back. Well i never received a loan through this company and told them to send me proof and all they could say is you have to be in court in 2 days and for me to have my lawyer get ahold of them and then they got off the phone. This restaurant is just probably a month old. Being a fish eater, we tried this place. On the menu there was a Seafood platter which is priced $10.99 with 3 pieces of catfish nuggets included and some other fried stuff. I signed up for Bank O Mails as a free member. It is understood that as a free member, minimum cashout for free members is $20, 000.00. Also, there would be some kind of redemption button that will appear once you get the minimum amount. Well to my surprise, I finally got to $20, 242.00 on September 20, 2009. My Daughter saved her money for her vacation. She purchased a Only 1 Travel Money Card for the trip. She did not see that it was only valid for 18 or older. She was under 18 and denied access to her funds. We requested a refund and were told that a check would be mailed out. Two months later no check. When we called they told us that the policy had changed and no check would be sent. We needed to spend the money on purchases within 24 hour of the card being activated. This is her money. I ordered some button down 1/2 cotton and 1/2 synthetic fiber. I ordered them in size 19 and 1/2 inches short sleeve. The shirts they sent me said that they were all 19 1/2 short sleeves but they had tags ranging from 19 to 20 and 1/2. Needless to say, what they said was false and all but 2 or the shirts didn't fit correctly. Furthermore, the collars on the shirts show poor button down button location. This company sold me a rebuilt motor that failed in less than 6 thousnd miles. I'm a retired ASE Master Auto Technician. I tore the motor down and was horrified by the lack of workmanship. It is garbage. The conpany representative told me I destroyed the motor and woill not refund my money. Upon too late investigation on VW community web sites I discovered this company has a reputation for terrible workmanship. Horrible and rude phone agents. Nobody ever has any real answers they just always tell you they'll set up an investigation that takes 24 to 72 hours, and the person doing the investigator will call you when the investigation is over.
