I just got off a 45 min hold with them and told them I tried their 2 week trial but had problems in the second week. I am a diabetic; (nurse )and my husband is a physician and he can verify the medication was and had increased my blood sugars. I just bought this Lexmark 4 in one, fax copier, scanner. I have had nothing but problems with this machine from day one, it receives faxes when it feels like it on a good day. Within an hour if I receive another fax it will not connect, what a piece of crap!!! If I reboot it then it will receive but limited to ONLY ONE FAX A DAY!!! After that forget about it!!! One of the managers at the Melting Pot, Benjamin Dern, frequently drinks on the job and will drive home drunk. Sometimes something will happen to him on the drive home, such as running into a fence, and will brag about how he got away and avoided the police the next day to the workers. I was informed by attending a 90 minute presentation I would receive a $25 gift card and four round trip tickets to any of 26 destinations. We pre-booked our room over the phone based on impressions we obtained from their web site. The site notes a private beach, a pool in a lush tropical garden, special ambience, signature service, describing the Inn as the "Jewel of the Pacific". I was told many good thing about the booked hotel but I found nothing but dissatisfaction as it was not the way it was told. I would like to share my cent experience with the Suffolk Hall Hotel with others. I recently booked a room for 2 nights at the hotel over the telephone. I am totally disabled and require a service dog. I always carry a letter with me from my Doctor that certifies my dog is a service animal. I am a administrative support person for a large hotel. I received a suspicious-looking invoice from this company. Upon presenting it to the controller and director of sales, both said we had never purchased advertising space in anything by that name. About few months ago I started receiving massive number of SPAM emails daily. I use to receive 10 to 20 emails daily. I reported them to the General Attorney in Florida. I also reported to them and many other agencies. I also contacted their office many times to remove my email from their SPAM avidities. I am a regular member of Bally's Total Fitness Club facilities regularly for morning workout. Almost every morning, I find this facility unsatisfactory. Men's shower room area is always dirty and full of odor. Swimming pool water is murky and dirty. Water temperature in Jacuzzi sometimes run over 110 degree. Swimming pool area is not well lit. I have been dealing with this claim for more than two months now with UAIG, after a flood occured in Miami Beach and my car took on water, we immediately called our nearest agent and filed a claim, our vehicle was towed to a UAIG authorized shop, they said nathing was wrong with the car and just changed the oil and transmission fluid, the seats and carpets just vacummed.
