This company guaranteed me a savings of at lest $2, 500 on my credit card debt by reducing my credit card interest rates. They guaranteed me that I could cancel within 30 days and would receive a refund if they did not save me at least the $2, 500.00. I recently booked a reservation through this website (it came up on my search engine for the area I was interested in). At the time I didn't notice the $4.99 site fee for booking through them (it was "buried" in the list of fees) and was surprised when I saw it on my cc statement. My mother went though this company for flowers on my birthday. All day long I waited home forgoing things I needed to do on my birthday for these flowers to be delivered. Since day 1, I've been experiencing huge problems with my laptop which I've bought on 19 Aug 2006 and in a short span of 2 months, I've visited the Service Centers Headquarters for 4 times. They are a scam. They have no problem charging you to download the software but will refuse to give you a refund when their software did not resolve you anti viruses. They do not have a live person to talk to on the phone. They just let you talk to a person through thier website. They completey give you a run around saying Just contact our support. 23 August 2009: My basic complaint is that on 15 August 2009 I was unable to recover all of my Outlook Express emails lost after compacting. I tried using some information I found on the Internet, but was unable to resolve the issue. They cheated me when giving connection. I was told 11.95% discount per phone registered in the house, so in total I will get around 48% discount. I registered and did not use the connection because I found out through customer service that the discount amount told is not correct. I have been receiving bills without using the service despite getting the service disconnected 3 times and without ever making a call. I have no idea how to get rid of this company.
