I signed up with them for a 3 days membership for £4.67 as I was looking for a place to stay in London during my vacation. However, when I went to check my credit card statement they had already withdrawn two full months membership at £18.91 each. I dropped my service with Charter on 7-20-09 because I got so sick of the crap with it and the price. When I dropped it I ask about my refund on what I had paid they informed me it takes 6 or 8 weeks to get the refund. Now this seems a bit much as they bill in advance if I waited that long to pay my bill what would happen, I feel sure they would have disconnected it all and paid me a visit for non payment. Our dog was recently killed by another dog while staying here overnight. He was a six pound Pomeranian left unattended (and unwatched) overnight with 20-30 lb dogs for over 12 hours. T-Mobile's new charge for paper bills should be illegal! Forcing someone to own a computer/pay for internet service in order to pay their bill is prejudicial and unethical. My 86 year old parents need a cell phone for safety. They do not own, nor know how to use a computer, nor should they be forced to. In their area, there are limited cell phone options. Due to a job change we have AVMED, I went to the pharmacy to renew a prescription and AVMED refused to cover it. They say I need a form filled out by the doctor. I have run out of the medicine and in pain. I called AVMED and asked for help and what I should do. They recomended I go to the ER. It is insane to not authorize a needed prescription, to contain costs, then recomend the ER which will be thousands of dollars. Likewise my condition is worsening which may infact cost more. Front desk manager Frank Cortese refuses to offer any relief for us. Probably he is following the RULES!.
