The dealer sold me an extended warranty for a Ford Escape for a 6/100, 000 miles on 7/25/05 It was supposed to be a Ford warranty but Ford does not acknowledge it and the dealer has since gone out of business. The tire of my Harley Davidson went flat Friday afternoon, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. I called Timp Harley and asked them to come and tow my bike and repair the tire. So far, so good. When they got the bike they called me back and told me that they were unable to repair it and that it needed to be replaced. I purchased tickets from Priceline.com for a normal, non-stop flight from Tampa to NYC. After purchasing the tickets, they gave me an interary for a completely different flight/trip. When I called customer service to change the flight or to see what happened, they told me I did a "Name Your Own Price" purchase (which I didn't do), and that they were unable to cancel or change the reservation. Problem #1: We had signed up for DSL Internet Service in 2-09. AT&T agreed to give us a $50.00 rebate for the modem. We had to call them 3 times and wait 3 months for the rebate. "Free Trail" for the product does not allow you to cancel further shipments. Does not have a working customer service center, but an anserwing machine that does not return calls. I contacted my credit card company's fraud dept who advised me to close my account immediately to avoid further charges. This is the most outrageous internet scam I have ever come across.
