DCS is a scam. I was in a car accident a few years ago. I am permantley disabled and recieve SSA. Due to the rules of my insurance certain bills had to be paid by nationwide or the party that caused the accident. Well things didn't happen the way they were supposed to. I worked out a payment plan with the US Treasury Dept. to repay the debt myself. Currenty they take $90 out of my SSA payment every month, until the bill is paid. I have been using Feria hair dyes for about 2 months and on the box it states that the colour does not fade or wash out, clearly this statement is not true as mine keeps washing out and the colour just keeps fading and now looks tatty. I bought this product with the understanding that I would be refunded the $50 I paid for this *free* product. Over 3 months later I still have not recieved my rebate. Also, I was charged approx. $30 for going over a "trial period" that I was NOT told about. I drive a truck cross country and broke down on 08/16/09 and the company put the wife, dog and I up in a motel6 affiliate called studio 6 in garland, texas.I'm being reimbursed for the room but still my company is getting screwed. first it has a 49.00 plus 10.00 for the extra person and a 10.00 fee for the dog. My Doctor wanted a test performed 50 miles from my house, which was still covered by Anthem. The request was made 11/24/08, but due to bad ice storms and lake effect snow, I rescheduled the appointment 4 times. Finally, 1/12/2009 I made the drive and had test completed. Insurance denied claim indicated beyond the 30 day auth window. No problem, Doctor will contact the insurance and get a post certificaiton for procedure. Nope! Fraudulent charges from Rocket Communications for RocketVMfax monthly fee in amount of $12.95 on Verizon landline bill. Have not yet contacted Verizon but will work to get charges removed from bill and will request that in the future Verizon block outside charges to our bill. In June 2009 I paid off my Chase VISA. I only keep it for the Marriott Rewards points, and pay it off each month. I didn't receive a statement in July, but I didn't think that was strange since I had paid off the balance. Two days ago I received a bill saying $8.71 was past due, and I also owed the $39 late fee! Was told by Huntington Bank mortgage officer that our application for a refinance was "approved"-paid for appraisal-submitted all paperwork. For 5 months loan officer assured us it was ok. After the 1st 90 days we had to "resign" papers as we were told the government changed the application. That was when I saw the "closing costs" had climbed to $8000 on a $135, 000 loan! Chase bank used to be my lender, but since i refinanced I unfortunately got stuck with Resmae. My problem has been that lately it's hard for me to pay all of my bills on time. Disney Chase Credit Card claims to have received our payment late, yet it was mailed prior to the due date. They meantime charged a $39.00 late fee as well as $66.66 in interest. We have paid off our credit card monthly and they have made between $3, 000 and $6, 000 on us since we were credit card members. They refused to waive the late fee and interest in order to keep us their customers. I have a USAir credit card and I pay the annual fee in April (my anniversary date) On my anniversary date I am supposed to receive a coupon code good for 2 companion tickets for $99 (plus some other benefits).
