I bought the complete TV series of STARGATE SG1 on dvd. There is 50 dvds in the set. On the average, there is at least one episode per disc that does not play and will not let me go to the next episode. On the 50th disc I could only play the first epidsode and could not get any of the others. I contacted them (they took their sweet time getting back with me!) and informed them of the problem. Just when I thought banks had fees for everything. I had 4 accounts with compass and while all the accounts were Free Checking they managed to apply a fee of $5.00 per month for 2 years because the account was INACTIVE! I called the branch and the 800 service they told me in 2006 they sent a statement our explaining that accounts that were not being used would be changed a service fee of $5.00 per month. Total rip off. Unfortunately I didn't Google them earlier because I fell into a similar trap as others. After several months of their delays and excuses, I never saw any actual work completed by them. I spoke with and emailed the owner, Robyn Alesich, many times. 50 dollar logo should improve their communication with customers. Forget about several revisions. They will never listen to you. I could not communicate with them even for the first revision. They will keep sending you revisions without listening you. So after 2 revisions of their own ways, I just gave up communicating. I lost 50 dollars. Do not bother cut and paste logos to communicate. I had my transplant done on 05/3/96 by MHR in Oak Brook IL I followed there directions and did my followups. I kept complaining about the poor results, I was told to wait it will fill in. After week 14 I called the phone number on the renewal slip and was told that the magazine would be delivered shortly. When the phone conversation was coming to an end the person representing National Magazine Services said "Please do not call back regarding this matter". Over the summer (7/13/09), I ordered Google CD for 1.98. I called and cancelled my subscription. I was charged anyway, but I was refunded for the charge. I have fallen victim to working for Skyline Solutions a subsidiary of the Smart Circle (enabling companies like the one mentioned nationwide). I took a loan out for my truck, to try and save my foreclosed home...I had no other alternative. It is 2 years later and they are telling me that I still owe the principal balance, plus fees. They have threatened me, called my boss and family members and even sent the repo man out to harrass my son. I was just contacted by a representative from sky blue solutions about selling or renting my timeshare in Orlando. The message sounded convincing, but, I am hesitant to pay up-front for this service.
