I called the original debt collector about this they had no information at all that anything had been resolved. I purchased an outline from this company for $10 and it turned out that the outline was not based on a certain textbook as they had advertised. This misrepresentation was critical as I was purchasing the outline solely for the fact it was based on a text book I am using, and the outline is therefore useless to me.
