I had to make payment arrangements for a bill during the summer that was more than twice my normal rate due to A/C problem. I called and made the arrangements with Crista Elda (832-200-3770) and she suggested that I make a payment of 50% of the bill of $763.56 ($381.78) on the normal due date and then make another payment of $381.78 a couple of weeks later, I agreed to the plan. Stayed with this company and their cabins are not clean... and are not well kept. Rugs were dirty... not just soiled but when I lifted one in the bathroom up it was nasty. Batteries in remotes are not checked.. we had to move from one to another to even watch TV. Light bulbs were missing or needed to be replaced. Terrible customer service - online store I have purchased a set of two nightstands a headboard and a drawer chest from this store. The headboard has come damaged which i have immediately reported. I took a new wool crepe pant suit for drycleaning for the first time to this organic cleaners with the specific request that the suit be steam pressed after cleaning. Instead it was pressed without steam, leaving the wool fibres destroyed and that nasty shiney finish. When I brought it back, they did attempt to cor rect the problem by steaming it. To no avail. I called the office and was not told the Dr didn't arrive until 12:30. I came for my appt at 11:30 and was told I needed to wait an hour until 12:30. I recently bought a Oceanic wrist-mount VEO180 dive computer from the LeisurePro on-line store. The first time I tried the computer, it didn't work properly.
