My aunt (who is in her 50s, diabetic, blind, incontinent, etc.etc.) was recently placed in Magnolia Manor nursing home in Winona, Mississippi. My uncle had to remove her after a week because the nursing staff was verbally/psychologically abusing her, allowing her to lay soiled in her own waste for hours on end, making fun of her, not administering her medications on time, etc. This is an outrage. This is the worst cable tv company. I called the customer service agents because my cable is not working and they said they would send someone the next day in a 5 hours window. Next day the 5 hours are over and no one has come yet. I call customer service again and they inform me that the appointment was not booked... and I waited for 5 hours for nothing!!! Then the following months we saw various charges. The only number that I got through to is 1-800-200-5473 and spoke with Rea.
