I had a Bed and Breakfast built in 1995-1996 and began operation 1996. I have had nothing but problems with Pella windows ever since. I paid Pella several times to repair the windows. The repairmen never had enough spare parts or time even when spending an entire day. The windows are a hazard. They are underengineered to say the least.
