I paid for a service called the Account Protection. The terms was if I became unemployed or disabled they couldn't add interest or late fees or any fees to the account for two years. I would be charged monthly on my card to pay for the account protection. On May 18, 09 I recieved a case of wine from this company. The order was for 2 each of 6 different wines (all imported). Only two of the twelve bottles were as advertised. This online store is a scam. I recently ordered 20 pcs of asian clothing and I only received 17 pcs. The shipping fee doubled the amount of what I paid for the clothes. My complaint is with the service department at Wheaton gmc in Nanaimo. I had my 06 sierra cause I was having problems with the breaks and steering. Turned out it was the steering arm that needed to be replaced and also the break calliper was siezed so the breakes where practicaly on constantly. So that was all covered under warranty no big deal about that but due to the break callipers It had odd tire wear and I have to get new tires at only 40000 kms, the original tires are suppose to last 80, 000. I bought a washing machine, second-hand but with six month guarantee. On delivery I paid for I was not given any water supply hose, I had to collect it from the shop. Then the machine took hardly any water or heat it to the washing temperature.
