We called MGA in March of last year because the roof in our home was leaking. We had several bids and every company said the same thing, the roof was too warm and was causing ice dams. The drivers were to arrive between 9-11am. They showed up on time and were to go directly to the new location. I was there for a half hour when I had to call THEM to find out that they were going to go downtown first and it would be 45 minutes before they got to my new location. FOUR hours later they arrived. The trailer was purchased online with the comments that it needed about $100.00 worth of work to it. The seller said it needed a new wheel stud, one had broke. The trailer needed a little TLC. In reality, it needed new brakes, 5 new lug nuts which the seller never mentioned were obsolete. What really peeved me is that he said he was going to call me back with the lug nut information but he never did even after numerous attempts to contact him. The van was purchased on Feb 6, with the intent to take delivery on Feb 7 so the seller could install a new battery. "Replace battery" is specifically written on the invoice. Upon pick-up, I saw a different battery than had been in the van the previous day. The next morning it would not start or power anything in the vehicle. I called AAA member services. I was quoted $6450.00 to install 645 glass blocks in our office renovation project. Changes had to be made to meet ADA codes and the wall was reduced to only 297 glass blocks. My complaint is about the misrepresentation of a child's toy - Cool Tools Activity Set - sold by this company. The illustration on the outside of the package shows a white molded plastic liner in one half of the case which has a fitted space for each tool that comes with the set.
