Shame on me for not checking on this site first. I sent for my son's birth certificate for passport reasons and also paid for "expedited services". I also got the e-mail saying all was confirmed, etc...this was June 16th...still nothing from them. I live in a small rural village (population about 150 people) and the only Internet service available here is dial-up or satellite. If I lived 3 miles north, I could get cable, but the cable companies are not interested. My ONLY option available is Hughesnet. Since then unauthorized debits have been made on my credit card at $19 per month under the company names of 3STEPSADD MEMBERSHIP and JON BENNETT. There is an 877-234-3373 number but of course, it is never answered by a human being. It is a voice message from Jon Bennett.
