They've supposedly been working on a modification request for over 4 months now. I called my mortgage company and NOTHING has been done. I've sent these people $2000.00. I've retained an attorney and requested a refund a month ago. I've called several times and they stated that a refund will take 6 weeks. When I called today, a message states that they have discontinued their business and there are no numbers given to be contacted. I have yet to receive my refund. We have had Metlife home owners insurance for over 15 years . Never have we filed a claim. Insurance paid out of escrow faithfully. Then sends us a letter, that due to overwelming cost from storms, they must cancel Florida's homeowners. I understand the costs, however, what is insurance for!? This company has a revolving door. I was terminated after returning to work from emergency surgery. According to the owner and management due to the fact that Arizona is a right to work state they don't have to have a reason to terminate employees. H.S.B.C Bank, has been giving me the run around when referring to a secured credit card they were suppose to send me. I sent the $300 on 10/08/2008 along with the papers I printed on line and they still haven't processed my application. I went in to Quick N Clean car wash in Carrollton, Texas to have my car cleaned. The Site Manager told me to leave the keys and wait in the lobby. case #493552213, I downloaded a trail version so that I could get the product on my third P C. On June 24th I cannceled the trail version because I had used my first product key No. I was told that was a way to do it and a credit would be issued. Today I got my bill from visa and it has two billing, one for 131.98 which I owe and will pay, the other was for 114.99 which was to be credited off. This company has very poor customer service. I ordered a helmet on 6/30, and did not hear from them in over a week, then was told my helmet was out of stock and they would have to get it from another manufacturer. Heres the deal, if you call the number referenced on your credit card bill, it will go to a customer support company that does show your account, they will dispute your charges via fax only at 800 573 5302. I have referenced their address provided above, however, I am uncertain if it's actually correct. I will be disputing my changes this week so if anyone else has done this and been successful, that would be great to know.
