I contacted Holiday TV to repair my big screen, Marty came to the house diagnosed the problem and said it would cost $410.88 to get the part, he told me I could pay it all up front and get the part overnighted or I could give him half and it would take 2-3 weeks for the part to come in. I gave him $220.00 and said I could wait the 2-3weeks. These 2 websites are both identical and fraudulent. If you select any car and copy the VIN number into google you will find that the car is not owned by either of these two web sites and that it is on a dealers lot in another part of the country. I was scammed. read full review »

I was checking my credit card activity and found that this company has stolen my money!! I found them from a link on my local news channels website and this was supposed to be the BEST company regarding finding grants. I ordered a CD which I was to only pay for shipping and the CD was FREE... shipping was 1.98. So I paid the shipping using my credit card. I have been going rounds with First Data Global leasing since FEb-09 when our lease terminated with them. They are fully aware of the fact that we have not used their services since 2007 yet we fulfilled the monthly obligations of our lease term. In February 09 I contacted them, they informed me of the address to return the terminal, I included all the data I was instructed to, terminal ID, Merchant ID, as assigned tracking number and sent it to the address they indicated. My children flew from Phoenix, Arizona back to Milwaukee Wisconsin for the summer to visit with their grandparents. Last year we used US Airways to and from these destinations and had no issues. I applied for a loan in March of 2009 and contacted loan officer thoughout app. approval. I was contacted approximately 50 days later (was locked in for 60 days) and told everything looked fine and my loan should be done. Never heard from the loan officer again. They took 400.00 from me and no one will call me back to explain what happened. I never got the loan refinanced. I've tried supervisor and other avenues but no one has called me back. As an incentive to purchase a security system from Pinnacle, I was given a card to register for $600 in VISA cards at $25 a month. I registered, sent in receipts and have received nothing. Now, I cannot even get to their webpage. All I was supposed to do was select a grocer in my town and spend $100 a month and send the receipt along with the voucher you print out online each month and get a $25 VISA card in return for 24 months. I have had 3 charges ($72.21 charged twice and $38.34) from Powersale who apparently is doing business as Blazing Key Words and Ad Word Search. They take credit card information from the GrantMasters service. Correct phone numbers are hard to come by. The 2 I have at the moment are 888-247-3097 and 312-635-0019. When calling for a cancelation and refund, note the time frames they give you and keep calling if they don't refund it in time. Expect the time line to change from 7 business days on the first call to 14 business days on the follow up call. These bastards stole my grocery money. read full review »

I ordered the trial sample of BellaClear, only to be charged a whopping 80$ a day later. They won't issue a return, either, because I took too long - the package took 6 days to get there, and I only had an 8 day trial period, so I should've called, I was told. Miserable on business, customer service, friendliness, and I didn't even get a chance to try it out - I wouldn't want to, either. Same with Eyepothesis, except the charge was 40$. I just fell for the Nettrustplatinum scam, but unlike the people who registered complaints before me, I am getting my money back supposedly. I have been looking into gov. grant I received a email for the 360 grant went to the sight. It said there was a charge of 1.95 for shipping and handling of the grant kit. I filled the add out. I have been going to this business for at least 3 years, I have never had any trouble with anyone here. During a recent visit, I was in my military uniform and was given a military discount and placed into the computer as being in the military. These people tried to scam me when they came out to move my stuff. They finally moved me, then were a week late. I disputed the credit card charge based upon refusal to return my call. They turned it over to collections. I settled the account, then they tried to charge my card a third time. Good God, they will rip you off every chance they have. Household goods to be delivered within 7 business days finally delivered 19 days late. Missing 2 items of furniture. Advised to send a claim form by company manager. Claim form sent Certified, Return Receipt Requested. Receipt of Letter (claim form) was refused. PO is returning to sender. Insurance company notified. Police to be notified. Manager (Roy) has lied to owner throughout this entire moving process. 75 calls and faxes. Some returned with promises to deliver. Promises were all lies. Most calls never returned as promised.
