My husband & are customers of the Rite Aid store in Metamora, MI. Each year, when we vacation in the Florida Keys, specifically, in Marathon, Fl, we use a Walgreen's store & pharmacy, as there is no Rite Aid store in our vicinity.
About 3 mos. ago, in Marathon my husband & I each received something unexpected and greatly welcomed & appreciated from our Rite Aid pharmacy back home in Metamora, MI ; Two Free $25 Gift Cards each, to be used when transferring prescriptions from another Pharmacy !!! Fivepoints Travel
This company runs their sales similar to a timeshare presentation. They promise verbally condo's for 199 a week and 150 airfare but are very unlikely to produce these.
The travel agency provides only verbal commitments and they made it difficult to trust anything they say verbally. I requested a condo for August over a month ago. I called twice and still have not heard back.
Even their contract says they are not responsible for verbal misrepresentations (lies) during the sale of the membership. That should tell you the whole story of what you get for $2500 or more. read full review »

I put on lay away a drawer chest for three month period. I paid 238 dlls for the piece and when I went to pick this up they try by all means to get you with one piece in exhibition and not from the warehouse. Then they cancel the order they humiliate you, they even try to take you out of the premises and they dont give your money back. I strongly not recomend this business for any purchase at all!!!. Not to buy over the internet or in the premises. The manager name is Tim and the accountant Tina. Both asian people, strongly not to buy from any... read full review »
Eivan's Photography
My husband and I just finished a lawsuit lasting 5 months, against Sam Jalouga of Eivan’s Photography. After pre-paying for out package a year in advance and exhausting all additional resources (that we were willing to fork out), we ended up “settling” for a partial refund and 143 unedited photos that my seven yr. old could have taken! It is our opinions, we ultimately ended up being the victims of a classic “bait and switch” scam. If you do not heed our warning and still consider doing business with Siad Jalouga... read full review »
VIBRANT WHITENING
Thinking it was a great idea, I checked out an offer from someone I did not know that said there were 2 great ways to very cheaply get your teeth whitened. Both of the offers were trials. Dazzle White was $1.95 for their trial and VIBRANT WHITENEING was $1.00. These were the full size product without all the thrills and you just filled out the form & ordered it.
I received both products and have had no concerns with Dazzle White at all. However, Vibrant Whitening managed to trick me into charging my account almost $100.00!!! When I... read full review »
Heritage Administration Services
My car was repaired under approved services by DSI, the administrator under the extended warranty for Heritage Administration Services. Heritage refused to pay the repair center with a credit card, the usual practice. I was required to pay for the repairs, $3235.97, on 06/11/2009 in cash. I called DSI on 06/30/2009 to check on status and they denied receiving the final bill which had been faxed. I requested the repair center refax the bill which the center did. I confirmed 07/01/2009 with DSI that the bill was forwarded to to Heritage for payment directly to me the consumer. As of 08/08/2009 no payment has been received from Heritage. read full review »
Opinoin One
I continue to be bombarded with telemarketing calls, the most notorious being from Opinoin One. These are not market research calls. They are prerecorded messages promoting the benefits of capitalism. No live voice is ever available, nor is an opt out option ever offered.
Since the FTC will not take action against these lunatics, it looks like because of obnoxious conservatives I am going to have to change my phone number. read full review »

This Cooper tire dealer has lied to me ignored me and tried to sell me defective tires and are unable to supply even the tires and rims they display. This is the Worst most dishonest and inept overpriced Cooper tire dealer I have ever encountered. Called company and they pretty much said oh well the service Techs were all booked up and will not make it today. ... They will have someone call you on Monday. For over a year now I have tried to get someone in your billing department to contact me and resolve a balance due that has appeared on our billing invoice. I have sent registered letters and someone did call and I gave them copies of the research I did but it has still not been cleared up. When I pay the bill I put in a note asking someone to contact me but they do not. I am paying the invoice short each month leaving the previous balance and $5.00 late payment charge off. I still have my backup for the original overcharge where we did not get a check credited to our account. read full review »

R Georges Paving
Georges was hired to seal coat my driveway last year. The treatment did not last even 7 months before it looked as though nothing was done to my driveway. i called Georges to complain and all he would say is that it was only meant to last 12 months, then 8 months and by the time we ended our conversation he said 6 months! Clearly this is a business not into providing an honest service for the money. I had asked him to be careful of my new vinyl siding and sure enough I had to end up cleaning tar residue from Georges application of the seal coat. read full review »

Pretty long, p***** off review ahead, but I can back it up.
In theory, GreenCine should be the best DVD rental company out there: They genuinely seem to care about movies and creating a community at their site for like-minded folks.

Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depo
Walmart, Lowe's, and Home Depo can not be bothered to check the quality of the cheap plants they offer. As a result tomato blight has taken over the North East US. I personally lost more than $50.00 of high quality Burpee plants that had been thriving. And of course because I knew better than to buy from these retailers I am out the money, the hard work, and the joy that growing your own food provides. When you're paying $3.00 apiece for gassed, flavorless, mealy, slave labor harvested tomatoes you know who to thank. read full review »
