SCAM...SCAM...SCAM... This company will automatically sign anyone who orders product from them in a "VIP" program to have additional product shipped to the buyer at a regular 60-90 day interval. I purchased all new appliances for my Kitchen except the Refriderator. Upon installation the over trim kit was damaged by the technician. They offered to replace the oven or just the trim kit, because of the expected expense to the organization I eleccted to just have the trim kit replaced. That was 10 months ago and still no replacement anything. Stay away from this organization they sell things at a discount but don't expect anything after the sale. This is a huge scam, do not get caught up in this. If they deposit into your account, contact your bank and have the deposit returned to where ever it came from. They are stealing account information from companies and depositing into your account, then you are supposed to western union or money gram the money to someone in the Ukraine. Not a bad idea, you'd think but my experience of them is that they supply Freeware programs (which can easily be downloaded), they imply it's at 80% discount and suggest you're getting a bargain! The free trial is "free" for only 14 days and then it converts to a monthly subscription fee, that varies from $58 to $79 dollars per month. The older female (manager) on July 7, 2009 stated she was not honoring the in stock guarantee because she did not honor enough product, Smokeless tobacco. got an email saying that for only $1.97(?) and the next day i could not log back on to their site with the username and password they gave me. when i tried to find out more about it i found lots of sites and blogs talking about how they bill your credit card and give your account info to other companies that bill your card as well. i am going to call the number tomorrow and cancel and then go to my bank and change my acct info. this is ridiculous and i hope its not too late to stop my money from disappearing. thanks. stacy jones read full review »
