We bought an extra firm mattress in March of 2007. We got in touch with the store and told them we were developing an indent in the mattress. A technician came and looked at the mattress. He told us that the indents were only 1 inch and they have to be 1 and 1/2 inch deep before they will do anything. They also said we should not sit on the edge of the bed because the mattress are not made to take the pressure. I paid $1500 for the mattress and I AM NOT SUPPOSE TO SIT ON THE BED. They did a job for my mother about 15 years ago and here is what I am experiencing today to clean up THEIR MESS. They put an entire second level on the house along with a new bath tub on the main level and an upper level deck on the back. When they broke out the tile to put the new tub in on the main level, they replaced the tile with panel board. Of course now the walls are rotted and mildewed and Im ripping walls out of a bathroom. In Oct of 2008 we met with our brokers at Citibank/Smith Barney at their New City NY branch and placed sell orders. 2 weeks later the two brokers left and went to Merrill Lynch. I can see from all the entries to this site that I am not alone. Question #1 - Why is the Federal Trades Commission not doing anything about this? Question#2 - Why when these web sites are obviously scams - are they not immediately shut down or at least "tagged" as possible frauds.? Corporate Acquisitions Group (Ty Tymkovich) used Business Evaluation Systems (BES) to complete his scam against our company. There are numerous other reports about Corporate Acquisitions Group, including a website tytymkovich(dot)com so I won't go into detail about how his scam is conducted, only BES's contribution. The company damaged my filing cabinet and dining table. Even though I found the cheapest possible replacements at OfficeMax and WalMart, the company is too cheap to send $280 in compensation and instead keeps stonewalling. This company keeps calling our above-listed home phone number which is registered on the Do Not Call List. In May 2007, I paid Model Search America $1, 295 in order to participate in their program. They sent me a confirmation email stating that my payment was paid in full and because I was getting ready to be deployed.. they transferred my package to December 2009 instead of keeping it at December 2007. From my experience they usually fulfill the request. But last time, they overpaid me gold. I didnt think anything of it until i get an email from Blizzard stating that the person that gave me the gold was a "Compromised account" and that they took back the gold. Applied stain 1 year ago and the stain is peeling and has not soaked in the wood in most places. This "Behr Premium Wood-Toned Deck, Fence & Siding Weatherproofing Wood Finish" is a premium product which has a 4 year "satisfaction guaranteed" warranty on decks. I applied a stripper and mildew remover prior to pressure washing this deck. Fully pressure washed the deck and allowed to set for 24 hours. Harbor Funding Group/ Bill Lange, was listed as a preferred partner for the developer/builder, Global Community Development, LLC/Leslie Younger. Apparently, Harbor Funding Group did not provide the committed funding to Global Community Development, LLC and as it turned out, it did not happen. The requested funds from Harbor Funding Group promised back to Global Community Development in mid March 2009, did not happen as well. I took my 3 dogs in to Pets Mart to board for a week. I was gone 3 days when I got a phone call one of the dogs was sick and on the way to the emergency vet. No more than 15 minutes later I got a call from the vet saying the dog needed to be put down immediately. Temp was 105-106 and he was blue. Vet thought it was bloat, but some things didn't quite fit. We hired Sunray Services on 5/29/08 to fix a leak in our kitchen from our upstairs bathroom. The plumber who gave the estimate, Ralph, told us that the entire ceiling had to be removed, along with the side wall of our kitchen.
